The Mitel 5312 IP Phone provides access to sophisticated system features, making it ideal for teleworkers, ACD agents, and technical support staff. A dual-mode, full-duplex, hands-free speakerphone, it provides IP functionality with the ease and familiarity of a traditional business phone. It features a 40-character white, backlit display and programmable feature keys. Users can easily personalize these keys and can also customize phone features using a Web-based desktop configuration tool.
The 5312 IP Phone provides users with intuitive access to sophisticated call handling and converged applications supported by Mitel IP communications platforms (MCD, SX-200 ICP, Mitel Teleworker Solution, Mitel 5000 CP). When used with Mitel Unified Communicator (UC) Express or Mitel Unified Communicator (UC) Advanced 2.0, it becomes a powerful communications conduit enhanced with presence and integration.
